Joomla vs Wordpress
Joomla vs Wordpress is a seemingly age old question that gets asked time and again. The thing is, however, it really isn't all that age old. The answer to that question is both simple, and complex. The simple part is, which do you prefer? What causes that preference? The complex, what do you want to use said program for?

Joomla vs Wordpress vs Drupal vs Blogger vs...
This entry could have easily been labeled as various different comparisons, such as Drupal vs WordPress, etc., as I have tried a good many different ones for a good many different projects.
Currently I'm writing this entry on a WordPress program, and when finished, I will transfer it to the Friendslr.com Joomla base program.
"Oh my goodness, you just told us your secret!"
Well, no, not really, there's a lot more to it. See, the simplest way I can make this all make sense is to let you into my world, but only so much.
By the way, it is better to have your own domain, on your own server (even a shared server) and your own program running it all than to use Blogger or any of those. When using blogger et al, you're driving traffic to a company which makes money off your work. Better for you to make that money, no?
Let me back up a sec
I am writing this article on my YoureOn.net back stage area. YoureOn is a site I currently use as a blog platform for local stuff, and I rarely write for that site because I am rarely home enough to write local articles.

Man Card Meanings and Values
Man card, a term that I first heard on the television show Scrubs, is the theoretical practice of a man keeping his "man" card, or man cards, for as long as possible. Keeping ones card or cards is defined, and judged by, other men. Basically, losing your card(s) involves doing something heinously un-manly. Losing some cards is similar, in that they are taken from you, but in this version you have several. More on that later.

Ideally, a man ought to be able to keep his man card(s) for life with the loss of none. Also, it depends on how said cards are defined, as singular, or plural. These hypothetical cards can be thought of in the singular, A Man Card, or as plural, man cards. In the singular, it takes only one un-manly gaffe to lose your born card. Buying any yellow car, for example, boom, card revoked. In the pluralistic, that yellow car could cost you 7 out of 10 of your born cards.
As to how many cards a man is given... Well, you're only GIVEN so many, the rest you either earn, or lose.
You're Born with Man Cards
So, right off the bat I want to clarify a couple things. One, man cards is plural, the other is that you're born with "X" number of cards.

Smart Watches - Fitbit - Gear3 - Apple Watch 3 - Are They Necessary?
Smart watches, are they necessary? Well, I suppose that all depends on what you do with your timepiece, be it a watch or whatever. And here we'll talk about the Fitbit, Samsung and Apple offerings, as well as plain old wristwatches.
Many people have, for years, used their cell phones as their timekeeper, their watch, in a way. Oddly, it's like using an old time pocket watch, sans the cool chain. But, as time marches on, wrist watches are totally making a comeback of sorts, and for many good reasons. Here's we'll sort of look this all over and ask for your input as well.
Why are we Writing This?
I Love Watches
Ever since I was a little boy, I have adored watches. Back in the day, as now, I admired their meticulous mechanical precision, as well as features. My first watch was a wind up Mickey Mouse watch, which was the timepiece that taught me how to tell time. The big hand is on the 5, the little hand is approaching the 9, 8:25. Is it morning or night? Look outside. This is a skill many kids today lack. That is, telling time on an analog clock, not looking outside.
Winding it Up
Winding the watch spring was a drag, to be sure. You wound the watch spring daily, and all day that metal spiral would relax a little at a time, providing the gears and cogs the energy to move, turning the hands. After winding you set the time as accurately as you could, Throughout the day the watch might slip to a few minutes off the real time, but no big. There would be clocks at school. And if you needed to set the time, you could call 853-1212 to get the current accurate time. On your corded phone, or course. "At the tone, the time will be, 8:25, and ten seconds. Beep". I do not know who checked the recording's time, nor who sat for hours on end recording all the 10 second snippets, but my hat is off to them.
The drag was if you happened to over-wind the watch, which would break the spring with a sickening "twang".

Donald Trump - President
Donald Trump is the 45th president of the United States. Mr. Donald John Trump was born in Queens, New York, June 14th 1946. His birth date would make him a Gemini, astrologically speaking. In the Chinese Zodiac he was born in the Year of the Dog". Not that any of that makes any difference.
Trump's Mother, Mary Anne MacLeod (Trump), was Scottish by birth, his Father, Fredrick Christ Trump, was of German extraction. The elder Trump was also a developer and landlord, and his son Donald became part of the family business. However, his focus was in high dollar Manhattan, versus his father's interests in Queens, the Bronx, etc. Frederick was controversial much like his son Donald. the elder Trump was accused of war profiteering during world war two. He was also accused of racial leasing policies aimed at keeping black folks out of his developments. In fact he was tried on this charge, yet both sides declared victory. Knowing a little bit about this, it looks to me like Fred clearly lost this battle. After all, Fredrick Trump was required to study the Fair Housing Act extensively by order of the court.
